European Wood Construction Meeting in Valence
The European Wood Construction Managers Online Training project partners are meeting in Valence at Neopolis a French training organization of the Chamber of Commerce in the Rhone Alps. Neopolis is a training centre dedicated to sustainable development and green building. At the meeting in Valence, European training organization in the wood construction sector meets and discusses the development of a new European online training for wood construction; the training is expected to be complete in October 2011. The project is funded with support from the EU-programme Leonardo da Vinci. The training aim’s to meet the increased demand for skills needed for the use of wood as a building material in construction. The course comprehends the following subjects:
