The student gets to work in a real workshop in another European country, meet new people and see how the profession works in a new environment. The student learns new ways of working, practices the language and gains experiences that stand out on their CV.<\/p>\n<p>Job shadowing helps the teacher to: Keep their own professional skills alive, become more confident in teaching new technology and be a better supervisor for students on internship. For the teacher themselves, job shadowing is a chance to: Get inspiration, develop skills and exchange ideas with industry colleagues<\/p>\n<p>Erasmus+ covers travel, accommodation and living costs \u2013 so you can focus on making the most of your time abroad. A successful collaboration between Amledo, Transportf\u00f6retagen and Fordonsutbildning for over a decade with the support of Erasmus+. The number of places is limited.
