Mobility Visit from Germany
Chamber of Craft in Kaiserslautern, Germany visited Sweden with 15 participants from the automotive industry. The visit to Sweden was funded by the EU-program for lifelong learning. Amledo & Co arranged the program on behalf of the Chamber of Craft in Kaiserslautern. The program included visits to Upplands-Bro gymnasium, Scania, Stockholm automotive technical school and Bilia. We at Amledo together with the Chamber of Craft want to thank all companies and schools that we had the opportunity to visit during the week. The German participants were very satisfied with the visit to Sweden and have expressed great appreciation for the exchange of experience with the Swedish schools and companies. A reflection of our German visitors is how we in Sweden have a more flexible approach to training and work in comparison with the German more hierarchical structure..
